Once the part is received at our warehouse, we will assess its performance, and if any issues are found, a new part will be shipped to the customer under warranty. It is advised to service the device at proper intervals to maintain the warranty. Failure to do so may result in voiding the warranty, as the cartridges used in RO water purifiers have specific expiration dates, and customers should replace them as advised. Warranty will be void if any local parts/filters/cartridges are used instead of our original parts.
