The company is NOT liable for any courier charges, transit damages, or local technician labor/visiting fees. The repaired/replaced part will be shipped back to the customer by the company. 3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any consumable parts, including but not limited to: Sediment Filters, Carbon Filters, RO Membranes, FR, SV, HPS, UV, OTHER PARTS. 4. Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty is void if the product suffers physical damage, water spillage on electronic parts, voltage fluctuations, dry running, or tampering/repair by any unauthorized technician.
