Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the company's sole discretion. 2. Mandatory Return Policy (Customer's Expense): To claim the warranty, the customer must safely pack and ship the defective Pump or SMPS to the Company's Registered Service Center at their own expense. The company is NOT liable for any courier charges, transit damages, or local technician labor/visiting fees. The repaired/replaced part will be shipped back to the customer by the company. 3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any consumable parts, including but not limited to: Sediment Filters, Carbon Filters, RO Membranes, FR, SV, HPS, UV, OTHER PARTS. 4. Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty is void if the product suffers physical damage, water spillage on electronic parts, voltage fluctuations, dry running, or tampering/repair by any unauthorized technician. Valid Amazon purchase invoice is mandatory for claims. 5. Legal Jurisdiction: Company's liability is strictly limited to the repair/replacement of the Pump and SMPS. The company is not liable for any consequential damages (leakage, property damage, etc.). All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in INDORE, M.P. only.
