• 3-PHASE SUPPLY REQUIRED: This 11kW charger needs a 3-phase (415V) connection. On a normal single-phase home connection it delivers only 3.6kW - SLOWER than a 7.5kW charger. Single-phase meter? Choose the Zevpoint 7.5kW range (Aveo Pro / Polar Pro) instead.
• CHECK YOUR CARS AC CHARGING LIMIT: You get 11kW speed only if your cars on-board AC charger supports 11kW. Most Tata and MG EVs accept up to 7.2kW AC - for these cars, a Zevpoint 7.5kW charger charges at the same speed and costs less.
• USE BOTH SINGLE-PHASE AND 3-PHASE? If you want fast charging at locations with either supply (e.g. home single-phase, office 3-phase), choose the Zevpoint 22kW range (Polar Max / Duos): it delivers a full 7.5kW on single-phase and up to 22kW on 3-phase.
